Maternal grandfather Property transfered unfairly Maternal grandfather Property transfered unfairly

My uncles (my mother's brothers) have got all the properties of my Nana (my mother's father) transferred in their own names without informing my mother or giving any share to her cunningly, unfairly.
Even these properties had been acquired with the help of ancestors fund and properties.

Will my mother not get anything now?

A.Dear Sir,
If your grand father died after 2005 then only your mother can get share in ancestral properties. Others wise say those properties are self acquired properties of your grand father and thus without any limitation and cut off date, you mother can file partition suit immediately.

A.Hi,

This is bad in law, they should have arranged a family settlement.

Obtain all the documents and approach a civil expert lawyer to file the partition suit after issuing the legal notice.
