Financial fraud
I made online purchases. The product provider made a delay in delivery, this was even before the lockdown. Then the lockdown started, I asked for a refund and they started to make non logic responses like contact after lockdown, banks are closed, we will deliver the product when the lockdown is over and so on.
All the mails are documented
The payment was made by cashfree service and I think that they have information of merchant because they gave me another email of him and then he started to reply
So what are the available solutions in this case?

A.Hi Ali,
It seems to refund issue.
You have all the rights to cancel the product and seek for refund as per the consumer law. I request to follow the same:-
A. Send a E-mail asking the seller to refund the amount with interest and timeline.
B. Failing which, you may approach consumer forum for a refund of the amount, interest and mental agony along with litigation expenses.
Thanks

A.Hi client,
Only the online payment or refund can be done in this period of lockdown. You first have a conversation with them. If they are promising to deliver goods after lockdown. Wait for it. Or else just keep a telephonic conversation with an advocate for a legal notice.
Thank you

A.Dear Sir,
Many business enterprises taking advantage of Lock Down. You can initiate action only after lock down is taken off. Now at the most send legal notice and then you can file a case before the Consumer Court for such amount, interest thereon and compensation for mental torture.
