Intestate law for christians Intestate law for christians

My dad passed away on 15th Apr. He did not make any will. He is survived by my mom, me and my sister. He has a flat and few shares. My mother wants to transfer everything in her name and stay with my sister, eventually end up giving everything to her.
They are not ready even to let me know about his investments in shares. I tried talking to them about the intestate law, but they are adamant that the house will be transferred in my mom's name as she is the nominee. She will decide what is the share that i will get. I suggested to transfer the house share certificate in all 3 names, but they are denying. Also my mom says that this is her house and she does not want me to stay here.
I tried to talk to the chairman of the society. Even he says that the flat will be transferred to the nominee that is my mother. She will decide future nominees along with the percentage of share that needs to be given to each.
