It's been 8 months now.i willingly gave those videos and photos after divorce out of trust n emotions, but he shared those without my consent and now it is everywhare n difficult to remove.
1.my question is that will cybercell police only track my and his WhatsApp chat or whole account of mine?i didn't give any of those pics to anyone else.
2.what are the allegations we can charge against him??
3.can i ask for financial remunaration for my defamation?
4.i had to suffer alot like mentally, socially, financially.....i lost my job because of this.people are selling my pics and videos by making fake profiles on social sites. People who knows me think i am doing this but i am not.
In short, you can file civil and criminal cases and get huge compensation and also put him behind the bars. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you

Best of my knowledge firstly you should go with the case which is the imposed by your neighbor. If it is proved that your neighbour falsely imposed you have a strong ground for file a defamation case. on other hand defamation is defined as the writing, publication and speaking of a false statement which causes injury to reputation and good name for private interest. Defamation can be viewed criminal as well as civil offence. under Sec- 499 & 500 of Indian Panel Code victim can be filed a criminal case for defamation against the accused. Punishment for the guilty person is simple imprisonment which may extend for 2 years or fine or both. for civil suit you can move High court or subordinate court under Law of tort for damages in the form of monetary compensation.
1) Defamation cases are of two types, criminal and civil.
2) In Civil defamation, a mala fide intention to defame is not always necessary. If defamation is caused, thenbsuit lies. Court fees are required to be paid as per value of damages caused to reputation.
3) Criminal defamation must, in addition, contain some deliberate malice or malafide intention, to cause damage to reputation of someone.
Here, court fees are NOT required at The level of a civil case.
At the end of case, court punishes offender if defamation is proved.
3) In civil defamation case, at end of case, court awards damages to compensate loss to reputation if defamation is proved.

This is a serious crime against the modesty of women ( after divorce), we should pursue a strong case/FIR under IPC and IT act.
1. Cybercrime PS may not able to track the movement of pics in whats app. But they can definitely follow the link by investigating with the source. They also have the authority to notice the social media U/s 91 of Cr PC to remove such post and pictures.
2. We can book him under different sections of law in IPC and IT act, depending on the nature of the pics and videos.
3. Don't go for it, instead of file FIR, which will ultimately meet the requirements.
4. Don't worry, file an FIR

Violation of privacy: Section 66E of the IT Act prescribes punishment for violation of privacy and provides that any person who intentionally or knowingly captures, publishes or transmits the image of a private area of any person without his or her consent, under circumstances violating the privacy of that person, shall be punished with imprisonment which may extend to 3 (three) years or with fine not exceeding Rs. 2,00,000 (Rupees two lac) or with both.
Section 509 of the IPC provides that if any person intending to insult the modesty of any woman, utters any word, makes any sound or gesture, or exhibits any object, intending that such word or sound shall be heard, or that such gesture or object shall be seen, by such woman, or intrudes upon the privacy of such woman, such person shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term which may extend to 1 (one) year, or with fine, or with both. Unlike section 66E of the IT Act which applies to victims of both genders, section 509 of the IPC applies only if the victim is a woman.
