Hi
I joined a MNC company 4months ago as a contract employee .
They didn't pay my allowance from the date of joining and dey Wer expecting us to work 7days a week.
So I sent a mail to dem stating if it continues the same I wl resign.
Post 4 days I sent ma resignation and dey didn't accept it.
It's 40k they have to pay me now until I surrender they were sending emails stating they will go legally. But once I submitted they are not replying to my mails.
Don't know how to claim my money now.. please advise and thanks in advance

A.Send them a legal notice.
