my father bought multiple properties in my grandfathers name . Now when we are having financial troubles and we want to sell the property and split the amount with all the family members. When we arrange a customer to sell the property to, my grandfather would do something to scare them away.Basically he complies to and agrees to sell and split the property in person but plays games behind our backs is their something we can do.

A.You prove that your grandfather was not having any source of income and your father purchased in his name out of love and affection. The properties will be declared in the name of your father.

A.No you cannot do anything till your grandfather dies. As the property is your grand father's self acquired.

A.The registered owner of the property has a right over the property and only he can decide whether to sell it or not irrespective of the fact who had purchased in his name. So therefore go for amicable settlement with your grandfather to sell the property. legally you cant do anything in his lifetime anything against his wish.
