Dada ki zameen mai se hissa mere papa kaise le sakte hai jabki mere chacha dene se mna kr rhe hai aur humne apne hisse mai kaafi paisa bhi lga diya hai to hum chahte hai mere papa ko mere dada ke ghar ka hissa Mile please koi salah de.

A.Hi Rajesh,

what kind of property is that your grandfather holding, if it is ancestral, you have all the rights, if requires, file a partition suit
