Registered Chit fund company not releasing prize money

I paid total installments of 5L chit. Company released cheque after severe follow up - that Cheque bounced, legal notice sent-no response. No assets on firm or MG partners. Advice way forward

In such case file a cheque bounce suit. After that send a letter of complaint directly to RBI,SEBI and ED. Sebi and ED will take actions against such.
