Can Facebook or cyber crime take physical legal action against me?

I posted my harassment story on Facebook, my boyfriend sexually abuse and harassed me, I posted that story using photos and i wrote i will take illegal action against him.. After that my boyfriend report that post and Facebook deleted post, I also deleted my Facebook account.. Again today I make new Facebook account but Facebook says you can't use facebook right now, so it means can i did cybercrime or illegal anything unknowingly? Will i physical punish for that?
A.Nothing to worry uf your story is true lodge complaint with police. Face Book has its own rules. They cannot do anything against you if FIR is registered against your boyfriend.

4) You should have told to one of your close friend & sought help..
5) What kind of photos did you upload on Facebook?
6) Rather than posting it on Facebook you should have sought help of some local Mahila Mandal OR Mahila Aayog (WOMEN COMMISSION) If you know then good, otherwise I can help you with the assistance of Mahila Mandal OR Mahila Aayog

A.Go to the nearest police station and file complaint against such person who's harassing you. It is right way.

A.You did not commit any crime (or cyber crime) against facebook but you might have breached the terms and conditions of facebook by posting some unwarranted stuff. So, in my opinion facbook should not take any action apart from blocking you for some time.
As far as your friend is concerned he may initiate a legal action (defamation/harassment for false allegation) against you. Nevertheless if you feel that he can take any action against you then you better initiate the police complaint first and protect yourself.
