OBC-NCL reservation.
Sir, My father is working in Central Government Autonomous body & earning more than 8 lakhs (currently CLASS 2 employee). He was recruited as a CLASS 3 employee and has been promoted to CLASS 2 employee. Now the problem here is, the officer responsible for issuing OBC-NCL certificate does not consider my father's company under Central Government and says that it is an autonomous body. My question is, are employees working under Central Government Autonomous body considered to be same as employees working under Purely central government for obtaining OBC-NCL certificate? If not, why? Also, my father's company is ready to issue a letter which states that the company is a Central Government Autonomous body and not a PSU.
