District court jurisdiction

What to do when district court passes an order of ' status quo' on an appeal for stay order. And in this matter district court judge doesn't have jurisdiction to paas any order since the valuation of the orginal suit in senior civil court is mre than 60lakh ?

A.You cannot comment on written order.You can challenge before the competent court having jurisdiction and take up the matter.Better to consult a senior Lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya for guidance & help and protect your interest quickly.
