Buying minor property

I want to buy land from one party(He was died).he is having son and grand son .Grand son is minor .some where i read for buying minor property court permission is required .Is court permission is required to buy minor property as per law.
A.Normally a recital in sale deed that it was sold for family necessity is enough. If it is self acquired or acquired from father not necessary.

A.It is very cumbersome and time consuming to obtain the court permission. consult a lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya.

A.The property of minor could be sold out by the guardian only for the welfare of the said minor and on getting permission from the District Court.
