Money lender harassment

I'm from Karnataka. My neighbour is money lender. My aunt took money from him 2years. Even after paying all money they're asking the same money again as she didn't collect any proof. She don't have family to support and now they're harassing verbally. And she had given cheque but she don't have money in her account and they're telling they'd put case against her.
