AS PER COURT ORDER, OP HAVE TO PAY ME, PENAL INTEREST ON LEGAL RENT 30000/- P.a +INTEREST @ 9%. I WANT TO ASK PENAL INTEREST WILL BE CALCULATED ON PRINCIPAL I.E. 30000/- OR PRINCIPAL+INTEREST AMOUNT THAT IS 30000+9%
A.Only on principal amount.

A.What is the Court Order. Penal interest is calculated on the principle for no days as per the court order.There is interest on interest.
