A.the filing of charge sheet depends upon the police authority. it should be filed within 30 Days in case of rape and other Criminal Cases it is within 90 Days

A.Actually the filing of charge sheet depends upon the police. But, it should be filed within 30 Days in case of rape and other Criminal Cases it is within 90 Days. In Delhi NCR all the police stations has been directed to file chargesheet in case of rape within 20 Days.
