Clearance of agriculture land documents

Please guide how to get the agriculture land Clearance of the Documents Online which was kept in properties under Section 22-A(1)(A) of the Registration Act,1908 for Prohibition .All the passbooks issued by the Govt are available but our Agriculture land when seen in Andhra Pradesh online land records it was kept from properties under Section 22-A(1)(A) of the Registration Act,1908 for Prohibition.
