Query for Revision Petition Withdrawn by LAC Query for Revision Petition Withdrawn by LAC

Dear Sir,
I filed Criminal Revision Petition against the order of ACMM done in section 156(3) on which the FIR was already registered, with pvt counsel. Due to personal reasons i changed the counsel and appeared on date with the legal aid counsel but on the date instead of argument my lawyer put his opinion that as the FIR on the order had already been registered hence no use of proceed further. Hon'ble court mentioned the same in order that as the counsel for the revisionist "has stated that since the FIR No XXXXXXX Dt. XXXXXXX has already been registered against the revisionist, accordingly the revisionist does not want to proceed further with the present criminal revision petition, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. Statement of the Ld. Counsel for the revisionist from DLSA recorded". As I was already aggrieved with the FIR on fake complaint, rest the LAC done on me by his own withdrawal statement and being a revisionist i was failed to understand the discussion between the counsel and the Court. When i visit High court the counsel there, told me that you are having the very good case. You shouldn't be withdrawn the same, result you can't peruse or challenge in High Court.
Please suggest the possible remedy available for the above.
