My agricultural has been leased for fish farming. But They are not paying any money now .what can I do ??

A.If you take any action like stopping them to access the pond or not allowing them to do any activity then it may lead to legal issues ( specially criminal) for you. So, it is suggested that you go ahead and file a civil suit for breach of contractual terms. You may send them a legal notice before that if you wish.
