A business men took a loan from nbfc .It was a lone against property business men requested nbfc not to take share certificate due to his image in the locatly on papers the flat ownership was changed to the nbfc but the share certificate in the society is yet at the name of business men. I am a client of nbfc trying to that property what are the legal way we can use to get the share certificate at the name of nbfc a

A.If you purchase the property then the share certificate first will be change in the name of nbfc then in your name as you will be the owner of the property.
