Fraud Formfilling MYC comp

Hi Sir
I was looking for a home based job one day i got a call for formfilling wrk
I got ready coz that person who called me he said this is free of cost but he take my signature photo and adhar card and he attach my sign with comp greement pprs and after that i read agreemnet in that hv mentioned for the charges then i asked to him , he told me that u dnt hv to pay ny single rupee u will get passwrd nd user id so js dnt have to share with anyone u hv to do single login if u will do multiple login then u have to pay . I completed my wrk and submit to them but their qc department mail me my wrk is fail and u have to pay software fees for that. And now they are sending me legal notice and messaging me and asking for money .
Sir please help me from this fradulent
I never ever seen comp like this who force to charge money .
The person who call me 1st for this job i tried to call him but now his number is switched off and he told me comp nme is Unique solution and address is 7/1-C meher colony nr akruti hall vapi , gujarat 396191. while in the agreement address shows comp name formfilling
