Police complain regarding divorce

For my marraige my parents were finding girl so one of our family relative suggested a girl from nagpur.one of my cousin brother's wife belong to nagpur so we just queried about the nagpur girls and their backgound with his wife
this turn into whats app communication on regularly basis one day she proposed to me and asked me to marry i tried to explain here that you are married and this relation belong in our family so it will not be excepted
she told me that she will give divorce to his hsuband and marry with me.i have told that this is not possible we can be just good friends

she told me that she is not happy with him her marraige has 10 years life and no children the age diffrence between both is 18 years
here marraige was also done at the age of 16 at that time her parents were dead she had no intention to marry with my cousin.
after marraige she had daily fight with my cousin she move away to his sister house in nagpur but my cosin manage him to bring back some how.

we have purcahsed new house and i invited to her to pay visit our new house as i was having some emotional feeling with here.
my parents invited here along with my cousin but he did'nt come and sister in law arrived alone.she stayed at our house for 21 days

she was happy at our home she treated my mother as his mother.as the day one she move away from my house to her home back immediatly she demand divorce from my cousin and whole gun point was move towords to our family.
my family tried to asked him why she is was doing like this and my mother told him dont expect him to marry with his son.my family doors were close for her

mean while our communication was continue on mobile and i tried to convince our marraige is not possible and if its after and after only divorce she told me that she will manage with my cousin.
meanwhile my cousin threated me not to comunicate with his wife and i told that i have no such intention and ask him to convince his wife .

however our communication was still onn she was telling me that once i will give divorce him & i will marry with you at any cost.

after nagpur visit was over she came at my house for 4 days without my parents knowladge and my parents here also not at my house.
after 4 days she gone back to my cousin house and explain the situation to police that whatever she is doing, is doing with his own mind no one is trying to do.

police give 2 option 1 my family except here else 2 i will give underwritting on stamp paper that me and my family have no relation with his wife .

At the same time my cousin launch police complain that my famaily including me has brainwashed his wife to marry with me and try to grab away his wife.
my cousin never directly spoke with me or my familly reagarding this compain and on sunday my sister in law and one of his neighbour cum relative person come
to our house thratend us badly regarding police complain he told us that his one phone will make our whole family behind the bar.police will come right now
and arrest whole family you dont know what crime you have done.my parents are seniour citizen and were badly feard
your every call details and msg details are with police.

neighbour cum relative person asked us to make compromise with two option

1 i will give underwritting on stamp paper that me and my family have no relation with his wife else 2 i can marry her by giving him 5 lakh rs

i just want to know best way to deal with this problem as police has never queired me ,can we approach police to know the fact of complain?
