father through will he mentioned that his deaf and dumb son is entitled to live in property. This son wants to remove this right to live by letter of probate or by other way and sell the property. Can this right to live be removed.

A.From your question it seems that the father specifically wanted his son to have the right to live in that property and did not give the right of alienation, meaning right to sale, in this case the son will have to check if there is any possibility that the property devolves to him by any method of succession or survival of all legal heirs.

Through this will ( by probate) it is not possible to seek the right to own and alienate this property.
