If somebody taken money by promising something then you must have written it on per with a LEGAL ADVICE from a lawyer about the same which is Called as “Promissory Note” then such kind of Cheating of money & absconding would not have taken place. Wherever such kind of financial matters take place do consult a lawyer from the specialized fields & so things don’t go wrong.
2) I hope you must have taken a Cheque for safety purpose as you are knowing many Indian Penal Codes for the money & cheating . like 138 IPC for Cheque Bounce he will be in jail for 2 years & 420 IPC for cheating he will be in jail for 7 years.
