If my father dies in 2019, his house belongs to my mom, son and daughter. We both (son and daughter) wants no right in that property and we want that house belongs to mother. Is there any possible agreement other than registration?

A.Execute a release deed in favor of your mother. Both of you. Get it registered and on the basis thereof get the property mutated in her name in the municipal records by moving an application.

A.Tell your father to make a Registered WILL in name of your Mother that all movable & immovable property shall be given to his wife. ( your QUESTION is Dicy- as it states "If my father dies in 2019, " AS WE ARE IN 2020.) SO IS HE ALIVE OR DEAD.
