My father passed away. His mutual fund and shares on his demat account not transfer nomini as my mother by sharekhan Ltd. Bkoz sharekhan Ltd said nominee register after feath of desesd person. How that possible..? As many conversation with sharekhan I saw nominee form and nsdl news letter my mother as a nominee already registered. What can i do..?
A.You may get issue a legal notice and threaten.

A.Write a complaint online to SEBI and the Stock Exchange with which Sharekhan is registered as a broker i.e. NSE or BSE on their online complaint/grievance redressal portal. You will get the desired result within 21 days.
