I want to start an online book publishing house.
Do I need to get an agreement signed with all the conditions with my customers?
In what form it should be (stamp paper / online form /email / white paper)?
Is a manual signature must?
What are the registration I need to do before starting?

A.No registration required. Only GST registration and if any entity like partnership, LLP or company then registration by such authority. Online form is sufficient as a pop up before any online user transacts with your entity.
