But brother wants to sell his share to me, with the support of 2 sisters only and remains are against him to get her shares. If I buy those land (brother's share) then,is that legal or illegal for me ? Can I buy that land ? Can he sells his share? Any problem with me in future???

A.You can purchase but if litigation start you have to suffer. There is no short cut method for litigation. Please give me Rank 5 if you feel my answer helped you.

A.He can sell only if he has registered title documents in his name and if ancestral then he can execute a sale deed where all his brother and sisters and mother are vendors. But the question is do they have possession over land. Who has initiated the Section 145 proceedings? You need to properly consult a lawyer before you purchase.
