tenant not paying rent

hello my question i have given my flat for rent .they are not paying rent since 8 months everytime they don't have money as they have given it for needy .if i file a petition in court if they give same reason in court what is the status .what court will do .i feel they have enough money she is not paying rent how do i get my rent and arrears . please tell me.
A.If arrears of rent not de posited immediately eviction will be passed by court.

A.File an eviction suit or you can also file a suit before the rent control for arrears.
