Property share Property share

We have a house in our town. The house is on my grandfather's name. My grandfather is live and he doesn't want to give share to his daughter (my bhua).
But she (my bhua) want to file a case to get a share in property.
So my question is..does she legally file a case against us for not giving share in property?

A.If it is his self acquired property then her suit will be dismissed. She has not right in the property. But he dies without Will then she get a share.
