A.1) The use of stamp papers brought in Telangana or in Andhra Pradesh valid for the respective States ONLY IN CASE OF SINGLE PERSON –AFFIDAVIT- staying in that particular state
2) But if you have a partnership deed or any other contract agreements OR MOU of Small Sale/Purchase which are by default there are TWO OR MORE PERSONS coming from DIFFERENT STATES then in that case any of the stamp paper shall become valid subject to you there is ATLEAST ONE PERSON staying in that particular state
3) The validity of any stamp paper is 6 months from the date of purchase & must have atleast 2 witness.

A.Dear Sir/ madam,
Hopefully by stamp paper you mean non-judicial stamp papers. If it is so then it is intimated that they can be variably used in other states of India and as far as notary is concerned it is also valid if done with proper entry and physical presence of the person swearing.
