Divorce Divorce

I am Senior Citizen and my daughter is married for the past 12 years. My grand daughter is 11 years old and studying.
My Son-in law is a chain smoker and a drunkard. He is also having a history of psychological disorder which was hidden from us. He is always having insecurity and suspicion over his wife which ultimately ends up with fights and mental and physical torture. We have also taken him to few Psychiatrists and he was not willing to co-operate in continuing the medications. Now things are going beyond our control and to safeguard the life of our daughter and grand daughter we want to get them separated legally. Please advice.
