my female friend did marrage 2 years ago after marrage they did not live with each other single day or single night..they both live sepratly and never say anyone about marriage. now my female friend dont want to live with him..as this boy has cruel mentality she observed in past two year..she wanted a divorce..my question is there is no any consumation of marriage..so can she file divorce..her marriage is valid?
