I was married for 10yrs. My Wife opted to take khula with the help of local social organisation who threatened me and my mother of legal proceeding. they even made me sign an marriage dissolution agreement for 12L. I got a son of age 5+yrs. the social organisation got my wife to take khula in shariah court. they handed the child to mother and said child has to be in mother's custody and now they are saying pay the money and take back your son. how can i go about it. I want my wife to remarry me as i feel the social organisation had lured her for money and pressurized her to take khula.

A.Dear Client
Your inputs shows that you wife is under the influence of the false guidance. you first speak to your wife without any middle man and get her opinion if she wants back to come and live with you then take her back to your home, else you first meet the local Family Counselling center organised by the Women Police Stations and submit all your issues, they will call your wife and give counselling to her.

A.File case against the Social Organisation. Muslim marriages are a contract, and the dissolution agreement are also contract. Contract cannot be entered into by fraud or coercion. We can declare through Court that the Agreement is fraudulent.

Then the divorce would not have happened ever and you can remarry your wife.
