I'm from Tamil Nadu.my father has 3sisters.we had 5acres of land it is my grandfather's land.but acres is on my father's name.the land is registered on my father before 2 years.but my aunty which means my father's sister putting case to separate the land.that means they want the land.what can I do tell me advices

A.Dear Sir,
Such cases are common these days. Let her fight. It will take 10-12 years go on approaching the High Court and getting stay orders otherwise you will be the loser.
