A.First you lodge complaint with your Secretary of the Society obtain acknowledgement.
If it is not solved, by appending the said copy lodge police complaint for causing nuisance and disturbance.
Even if the same persists, you can file suit for causing disturbance before "Senior Citizens Tribunal" and seek restraint orders against them and also a direction to concerned police to take action.
