My grandfather has three daughters.my mother is second in line..my grandfather has divided a plot into three parts and have given to his daughters andmy mother has built a house on that land.the other two daughters lately have turned against my mother and grandfather who lives with my mother and continuously comes and physically and mentally abuses my grandfather and mother.we have repeatedly given complaints to police, human commission, women commission, police station with proof (photos and videos)but no action has been taken ..and they everyday come and physically harm us.Now my grandfather wants to take back his property from them.is it possible and if yes how should we proceed.

A.Yes, it is very much possible.
He has to write a Codicil i.e., cancelling the bequeaths made to your two aunts.
Further, it is advisable to mention reason for cancelling the bequeath i.e., the harassment meted out by them to him and append acknowledged copies of the complaints lodge with various authorities as stated in your post.

A.What was mode of transfer by your grandfather to his daughters? If it was WILL then your grandfather can change his WILL. So far acts of your aunt's abusive behaviour is concern then your grandfather can report the matter under senior citizens Act. If police does not take action then file complaint case. A suit for mandatory injunction restraining your aunts to visit your house can also be filed.
