Hi,
My grandfathers father wrote a uyil regarding his property all belongs to his grandson not his son but my grandfather sold some property without his son signature, there is no proper document for property only french uyil is there but my grand father sold his house without my father signature with his father permission in the sale but his father is no more in that time, I tried to collect evidance and property details but there is no option is there any option to get those property back for my father

A.During your Grand Father's (GF) life time he need not take permission / consent of his children to deal with the property.
If he bequeathed his property to you by way of "Uyil" it is valid, and that, the point of taking permission from his father is concerned, it needs to stand test of law.
