my husband file divorce pition again me in 2014 .my divorce case is not complete my cross examination is pending and I wants to going abroad for job can I going ? and my husband live in relation ship with other lady and they have baby girl ,? now I put her birth certificate in my divorce case . I have alreday girl of 13 years and her custody is with me . I not wats to give divorce to my husband. now what shold I do .Because Now I have one opportunity in abrod.

A.Best option is go for Mutual Consent Divorce (MCD).
You are on the right tract with regard to contesting the case, but it will take substantial time and energy.
The specific reason for suggesting MCD is, since you got an opportunity abroad you better use it.
Do not disclose the same to your husband, he may black mail you and try to take maximum leverage from it.
Thus, settle the matter and go abroad.
If you leave the country, you cannot authorize any one to give evidence on behalf of you, it is you who has to give evidence, as such, think about the larger picture ahead of you and peaceful life waiting for you.
He is already leading a happy life ..........

A.Yes, you can go abroad. As such there is no restrictions on your movements. So far case is concern, the remedies can be suggested only after examining the details of pleadings of case.
