I had given money for government job without agreement! I had given money for government job without agreement!

A friend of mine had referred me to his uncle stating that his uncle can secure him a government job. I had paid Rs. 15 Lakhs to his uncle without any agreement. However, it has been four years and the person/uncle who had promised to provide job is missing. When I went to my friend's house, he said that the uncle has been missing and has not contacted him for more than a year. However, my friend is saying that he will return/give me the money because he had referred me to his uncle; but he is asking me to sign on an agreement he has made wherein it is mentioned that I had paid Rs. 15 lakhs for government job. I want to know whether I can take the money from my friend by signing on the agreement which states that I had given money for government job. Will it be good for me in the future? Please suggest.

A.On agreement you have to face criminal charge. Silently approach the police and and on your oral complaint police may recover and help if you are in their good books. Try.,

A.Do not mention the reason for giving money is for securing "Government Job". Let it be as loan / hand loan etc.
First get out of the situation by taking your money from your friend.
You have already made a mistake, be careful with regard applicability of Income Tax laws while taking the money from your friend.
