Women civil excise officer

I was being called for physical efficiency test on 22nd January 2020, for the post of civil excise officer.since I was 7 months pregnant then, I was unable to attend the same. I was present at the venue with medical certificate, but the officials refused to take it. I wanted to remind appear for a physical test. Can I file a complaint against Kerala PSC

A.NO, you cannot file a complaint against Kerala PSC, as it will NOT serve you any purpose as any kind of recruitment rounds cannot be stopped by the candidates giving any personal problems & reasons, as in long run it will NOT be entertained & it will be total waste of time on your end. Rather try for the next upcoming exams & surely as per your caliber you will get selected .

A.You ought to have made a written representation with all your medical reports under proper acknowledgement.
However, you are late almost by six months.
You just take a chance by making a written representation to the concerned officials seeking appointment for physical test, preferably under acknowledgement.
Do not think of lodging complaint against the PSC i.e., you are going to start your life / carrier with the Department, try and get the issue sorted out amicably and collate as many proofs as possible to support your position.
Finally, if you are eligible and entitled for the said test, you can move High Court by way of Writ Petition seeking intervention of Court in deciding your matter.

A.Please go through the official Notification carefully. If it wholly permitted your appearance and further enrolment in d present stage, you must approach Court of Law for appropriate reliefs.Thanks
