A.Bachha Floor & Parking Space comes under COMMON AREAS, & its ownership cannot be defined as Legal as it is common Use for all society members . Then too if ANY GOVERNMENT BANK is giving LOAN on it like the SBI, BOB etc. then ONLY you may proceed to buy.. Legality of the Bachha Floor & Parking Space will be checked by the Homeloan Banking Team. As per my knowledge all such Bachha Floor & Parking Space are ILLEGAL, don't buy or purchase it.

A.First check the layout, permit and sanction plan for the construction of the building / apartment.
If it is not permitted, sanctioned and does not form part of layout, it will be illegal construction, as such, you will be purchasing litigation by paying your HARD EARNED MONEY.
Before going ahead with the plan, you hire local Advocate and get through DUE DILIGENCE done about the BACHHA FLOOR, if the opinion / permit is clear, you may proceed.
