Legal Notice

If I send a legal notice to a girl based on her earlier name (before marriage, father name included) and now if she is married and her name is changed (as per her husband's name), will be the legal notice still valid???
Or they can ignore saying her name is now changed and that name is not there in the notice?
Basically, if i dont know her full name after marriage but know her full name before marriage and send the notice based on earlier name, can she say my current name is not there in notice and now i am not that person whose name is there?

A.You can send the notice to the girl on her maiden name and giving her father's name, it is valid.
Make sure that, you give full postal address with PIN Code Number and the same is correct.
Send it through Regd. Post with Ack. Due and retain a copy of the notice, postal receipt and also the Ack. Card if received back and take print of postal tracking from web site of Indian Postal Services.
