Pathway to my farm land

My neighbor troubling me to access my farm land. I have to pass through his land to cultivate mine. we both purchased land from same owner (my property paper clearly given 10 feet road mentioned to access my land from main road by original owner in 1997) since last year he is troubling me by putting Transformer, borewell control board and pipe valve. what can i do now?
A.Approach civil court as it is your easementary right.

A.If the path way as stated in your post is captured in Sale Deed, and it is not disputed, you can issue notice to your neighbour asking him to restrain from disturbing you from your ingress & egress to your land.
If it is not honored by him, you can file suit for perpetual injunction against him restraining him from disturbing your access.
You can also seek temporary injunction from court against him seeking restraint orders from court from disturbing you in using path way.
