Olx fraud

I purchased a mobile from a thief unknowingly in olx,thief gave my mobile number to the owner ,owner irritates me that he need his mobile or else he's gonna file case on me.Owner filed a case in police station mentioning that mobile is with me .that station si phoned me n wants me to come to that police station.i have got screenshot of olx chat stating price negotiation ,a call recording stating thief's Aadhar address , thief's Aadhar card.
what should I do??
Shall I go to the police station as si wants me to appear there??
A.Lodge complaint and also approach Consumer court.

A.Yes, you need to appear before the SI and explain your case to him with all relevant details / documents which
You need not worry, it is a routine call for inquiry, just co-operate with SI.
you have in your possession to support your purchase of phone.
You may initiate proceedings against OLX for connecting you to the fraudster without checking his credentials.
