hi sir/madam.I stay in TELANGANA state.
I have noticed that my husband is having extra marital affairs with someone and he is talking and chatting with them for more than 4hrs daily.
my friend suggested me to intsall one spy app in my husband's phone.I installed the app and came to know that he is actually having the affair as he talking to her vulgerly.
now,i would like to procced legally on this.
My doubt is that " Is it legal/valid to install the spy app on my husbands phone and monitor his activities.can i use the call recordings i have got by using such spy app as a legal evidence in the court of law.and are the legal consequences in using such app "
pls pls pls suggest me and help in protecting my family

A.It is not permissible to venture into any person's privacy.
However, since you have already initiated the activity, you need to prove to the court / police the source of such information / data.
Further more, even if it is taken, he will deny, then burden shifts to you, to prove it.
Thus, it is advisable to record his activities i.e., Video / Audio and obtain his chat, message details by filing RTI and obtain them legally.
Last bust not lease, you can take services of a professional Detective to get details of your husband's extra marital affair i.e., photos, videos and other details viz., travel, hotel stay etc.
Therefore, it is advisable to use one or all of above options to solve your issue.

A.Invading privacy of anyone without his or her consent is not permitted by law. However you can take assistance of the Court of Law of appropriate jurisdiction when u approach it for necessary reliefs.. Thanks
