Is 100 rs. Stamp paper divorce working if we want to remove spouse name from passport

A.Divorce has to be obtained from a competent Family Court of your District i.e., either contested of mutual consent divorce.
When it comes to removing of spouse name from Passport, it is a pre-requisite to obtain Divorce Decree from Family Court.
Divorce on Rs.100/- NJS paper is not valid and has no sanctity in eye of law.
