I paid for government job and now I am afraid

I had paid money for securing a post in a government job in the year 2018. However, due to some problems, I have not been appointed in the said post. Yet, I am very afraid because the person who took the money knows that I had paid money for back door entry. Some of my friends also know I had paid money for the government job. I feel afraid that if it gets leaked, what will happen. Will I face any problems, if someone complaints against me. Please tell me.

1) Practically speaking you have lost all your hard earned money just by giving it to a stupid fellow promising new job since the past two years...
2) There are actually no problems but just this agents create all false reasons telling the young people that your appointment has not been done due to some silly issues ,,, better back fire that person and till him to give you the full amount back as whether the back door into your front door entry …..you have still not got any kind of entry in the government job...
3) So Getting afraid that if the matter get leaks is a very far off thing…. first go and catch hold of that person and tell him to return back your hard and money and tell him to stop fooling around……….. if things don't work out file a case against him and send them legal notice ……….if possible take any advance post dated cheques from him for the amount and also the interest since 2018
4) I am sure he will not turn your money back and he's just trying to fool around… think for yourself and then decide what I am saying is true or false

A.Since you did not get the job so individually no body is going to come for you. If that person gets caught and tells your name then may be you will also be called for inquiry.

A.Yes there is a chance to sue by someone but it is limited. Chances for suing by any Individual are limited. Government can take action if they found to be guilty. But in all such case after filling of any complaint by someone Department Vigilance enquiry done by the Govt. Suo Moto Govt can not take any enuiry until the situation lead/forced them to do so.

A.You need not worry.
No one will dare to lodge complaint, if it is done, the entire department / organisation will be black listed, that is to say, if such a nasty thing is going on in the Department, entire department will be under scanned.
As such, be calm and do not discuss it with any one, more particularly, it may be recorded and used as proof against you by interested people.
