Hi - I have entered into the agreement of sale of land for 18 lacs and took 2 lacs as advance. Now it has been 5 months and buyer is not paying the remaining amount and delaying the payment. Can you please advise? Also, I have got to know the price of the land will increase in 6 months time due to new road construction. So if I want to cancel the agreement what should I do?
