I came to know that if CBI wants to investigate in any State, It needs Permission from the State Government and the State Police. Now, my question is if the State Government and the State police are themselves involved in a Crime somehow, do they have the right to prohibit the CBI from doing the investigation. What if someone files a criminal case against the State Government and the State Police in the Same case.
