Security money recovery Security money recovery

Hello. I am living with three flatmates in Pune out of which one has vacated two months back. She had given proper one month notice to vacate as mentioned in agreement. We have proper rent agreement where it's clearly mentioned who has to pay how much rent and security money. Now my flatmate hasnt received her security money back even though its more than two months. I am now doubtful that it can happen with me also as I was also thinking to move back to my hometown but haven't decided the dates/month. What are my options that my money is not blocked and i dont have to keep on chasing my landlord for my money. Can I give him three months notice, so that I wont pay him for next three months and my security money woulf be adjusted against that?

A.The LAST OPTION is best -- my options that my money is not blocked and so u don't have to keep on chasing my landlord for my money. Instead tell him I DON'T HAVE ANY MORE MONEY , give him three months notice, so that you wont pay him for next three months and ur security money would be adjusted against that deposit... Ur landlord is very miser person.. be careful... getting money from him is not an easy task...

A.Terms and conditions of your agreement needs to be perused.
However, if the land lord accepts the option made by you, it is WIN-WIN situation for both of you.
Yes, you can implement the same and letter and spirit.
No harm.
Good Luck.
